Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting independence and dignity

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to pass a background check and meet company requirements for employment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
