We are looking for experienced compassionate CHHA to provide care. Help take a patient home and away from a nursing facility!!! BE part of a nursing team providing private duty care in Home Health.

Duties

CHHA Home Health Aide

• Perform patient care per the plan of care.
• Provide support with Activities of Daily Living - bathing, hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing, ambulation and other activities as needed.
• Performs duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with all applicable laws.

Requirements

• Passion for one-on-one patient care in the home setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current unrestricted CHHA certification in CA
• Current CNA & HHA Certification in CA
• Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background clearance
• Able to pass a work physical and TB test
• Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screen
• BLS Certificate
