Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in client’s health and behavior to nursing staff or family members.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar certification preferred.
• Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
