### Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team in Barron, WI. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to residents. The position is full-time or a minimum of 30 hours per week up to 40 hours per week and does include rotating weekend and holiday shifts.

### Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation of patients as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals.

### Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work compassionately with patients of all ages.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a healthcare team.
• Physical stamina to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
