What You’ll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our PM Shift, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with their daily care needs while helping maintain their dignity, comfort, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Providing personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with feeding and hydration
• Responding promptly to resident needs and call lights
• Assisting nurses with resident care and reporting changes in condition
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment
• Following infection prevention and safety procedures
• Providing compassionate care throughout the afternoon and evening while ensuring residents remain comfortable and safe

What We’re Looking For

• Active California CNA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Availability to work PM Shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
