Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to patient care and service.

Requirements

• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
• Previous experience in home community care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus but not required.
• Strong patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
• Familiarity with long term care setting is preferred.
• Experience working with elderly is desirable for roles involving geriatric care.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
