Shift

: 6: am to 2:30 pm, 2pm-10:30pm

Duration

: 28weeks contract with possible extension

Pay

: $30-$32/hr on w2

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
• Monitor and record vital signs including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide support in mobility and transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient status and needs
• Support patients with memory care or developmental disabilities through compassionate interaction
• Administer medications as directed by nursing staff while ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of licensed nurses or physicians
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills related to patient care and safety

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
