Responsibilities

As a CNA on our Night Shift team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of our residents by:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Providing compassionate, resident-focused care in accordance with care plans.
• Assisting residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and transportation throughout the facility.
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment by following infection control and hygiene protocols.
