CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse's Aide to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients in their activities of daily living, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. This role is critical in delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help transport patients within the facility as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
• Assist nursing staff with medical procedures under supervision.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures.

Experience

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with various medical environments such as geriatrics, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, PICU, medical-surgical units, or outpatient clinics is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
