What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions.
• Support residents with meals, transfers, and daily routines.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families through compassionate care.
• Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
