3-12 hour shifts from 7AM to 7PM with every other weekend

Experience/Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license with active status
• Experience providing patient care in correctional or secure settings
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document changes accurately
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality in restricted environments
• Competence in daily living activities and mobility assistance
• Proficiency in recordkeeping, care plans, and progress notes
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and escalate concerns promptly
• Disposition to adhere to correctional facility policies and safety protocols
• Discharge planning support and family/guardian coordination experience
• Reliability with shift commitments and personal performance targets

Qualifications

### Required

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Wisconsin or eligibility for reciprocity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
