Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. Shifts

AVAILABLE - FT NOCS and FT Days with 12-ho shifts

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting,

mobility) * Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement * Support meal preparation, nutrition support and light housekeeping * Monitor and report changes in condition * Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED * Active CNA certification (Nevada) * CPR certified * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting * Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience preferred.
