Starting at $25 to $26 per hour.

Full-Time. About the Job: Blize Healthcare is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant / Home Health Aide to join our team. You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home or in a care facility in Solano County and Contra Costa County. Responsibilities:* Providing routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities. * Monitoring and reporting changes in patient health status. * Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients. * Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages. * Teaching family members ways to care for patients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Positive and patient demeanor. * Ability to build rapport with patients. * Ability to handle physical workload. * Experience in home health or hospice.
