Experienced Caregivers Needed — Earn Up to $23/hr on Premium 12-Hour Assignments

We are hiring experienced Caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to provide compassionate, dependable one-on-one care for clients throughout South Sarasota County, including:

• Venice
• Nokomis
• Osprey
• North Port
• Englewood

We are looking for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care, dementia support, incontinence care, companionship, and safety supervision in a client’s home.

Our premium 5-Star Client Assignments are designed for experienced caregivers who are ready to take on select higher-level 12-hour care assignments with additional pay.

Pay & Premium Shift Opportunities

• Base Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience and availability
• Premium 5-Star Client 12-Hour Shift Differential: Additional $1.00–$3.00 per hour
• Eligible 12-hour assignments may pay $19.00–$23.00 per hour
• Weekend shift differential opportunities may also be available

Available Shifts

• 12-hour day shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
• 12-hour night shifts: 8:00 PM–8:00 AM
• Weekday and weekend opportunities
• Shorter shifts may also be available
• Full-time and part-time schedules available
