CNA/ HHA

Sunflower Personal Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-qualiy, in home care to clients. Caregiver helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes while treating them with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

● Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. ● Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance

● Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed. ● Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean living environment. ● Remind clients to take medications as directed (when permitted by state regulations and agency policy). ● Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition. ● Provide companionship and emotional support. ● Accompany clients to appointments or errands when authorized. ● Accurately document care provided and communicate with supervisors as needed. ● Follow individualized care plans and all agency policies and procedures. Qualifications: ● Current CNA certification or HHA certification (as required by state regulations). ● CPR certification (preferred). ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred). ● Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings. ● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
