### CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is currently looking for caring and dependable CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Newton, MA. We have immediate staffing needs and are looking for individuals who take pride in helping others live safely and comfortably at home.

### Your Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities
• Help clients with walking, transfers, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Perform light housekeeping to keep the home safe and organized
• Follow each client's care plan and daily routine
• Keep the care team informed of any changes in a client's condition

### Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous home care or caregiving experience is an advantage
• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently in a client's home
• Dependable and committed to scheduled shifts
• Complete vaccination records preferred
