### CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is actively hiring CNA, HHA, and PCA caregivers in Bridgewater, MA!

### Your Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide support with walking, mobility, transfers, and safe positioning
• Prepare meals and help with feeding when needed
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and comfortable home
• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
• Communicate changes in clients' conditions or care needs to the care team

### Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification
• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
• Reliable and able to fulfill scheduled shifts
• Complete vaccination records preferred
