### CNA – Part-Time (Contract to Perm, 13 Weeks)

$736 – $840/week

Schedule

3 x 7.5-hour shifts, day or night as scheduled; EOW and holiday coverage required

Orientation

Must be available for full-day orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

### Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under RN/LPN supervision (ADLs, mobility, restorative care)
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; respond to call lights and monitor equipment
• Assist with meals and nutrition; honor resident preferences
• Document care and report changes in resident condition to supervising nurse
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

### Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (Required)
• BLS (AHA or RQI) certification
• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
• Ability to work part-time shifts including every other weekend and holidays
