Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time Evenings (Contract)

Location: New York 14456

Pay: $665 – $762/week

### Schedule

• Full Time Evenings: 5x7.5-hour shifts/week (37.5 hours)
• Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required
• Must attend full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

### Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, assisting with ADLs (hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, catheter care, turning/positioning, skin care)
• Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights, assist with fall prevention and equipment use
• Support resident nutrition: meal delivery, feeding, and adaptive equipment as needed
• Assist with rehabilitative/restorative needs: ROM, ambulation, transfers, proper alignment
• Report changes in resident condition, concerns, refusals, or rights issues to supervising nurse
• Follow all protocols; potential exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues

### Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification – Required
• BLS (AHA or RQI) – Required
• Minimum 1-year experience as a CNA in a long-term care setting – Required
• High School Diploma or GED – Required
