Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Part Time Nights (Contract)

Location: New York 13165

Pay: $736 – $840/week

### Schedule

• Part Time Nights: 2 shifts one week / 3 shifts the following week (7.5 hours/shift)
• Every other weekend (EOW) and holidays required
• Must attend full-shift orientation on Tuesday or Thursday

### Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, feeding, positioning, mobility, and restorative exercises
• Maintain resident safety and environment; respond to call lights, monitor equipment, prevent falls, and ensure cleanliness
• Support resident nutrition and preferences; assist with meal delivery and adaptive feeding
• Document care and report changes, refusals, or concerns to Charge/Supervising Nurse promptly
• Follow care plans and age-appropriate practices for adult and geriatric patients

### Requirements

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification – Required
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI) – Required
• Minimum 1-year CNA experience in a long-term care setting – Required
