### CNA (Contract-to-Perm)

• Location: NY, 13165
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (May 26, 2026 – Aug 29, 2026)
• Pay Rate: $759 – $865 per week
• Schedule: Nights (3:00 PM – 10:30 PM)

+ Part-time: 2 shifts one week / 3 shifts the following week + Every other weekend (EOW) + holidays required * Orientation Requirement: Must be available for full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday

### Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide ADL care (hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility) per care plan
• Monitor/report resident status; document care and changes
• Maintain safety, nutrition support, and basic restorative care

### Requirements

• Active NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (minimum 1 year)
• Minimum 1 year LTC or CNA experience
• Current BLS certification (AHA/RQI)
• Ability to work nights, EOW, and holidays
• Comfortable with exposure to blood/body fluids
