We are hiring for all three 8-hour shifts. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every single day. Responsibilities

* Provide direct personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support * Administer medications accurately and on schedule in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols * Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and any changes in condition * Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition and hydration for residents * Communicate effectively with nursing staff, physicians, and family members regarding resident care needs * Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents * Follow all long-term care regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and facility policies

Requirements

* Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Georgia * Medication Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire * Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living facility preferred * Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and documentation * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
