Happy Health Center is seeking a compassionate, dependable CNA or HHA to join our Adult Day Health team.

We are looking for an energetic individual who enjoys working in a diverse adult population and thrives in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

Position Schedule

Full- Time Monday–Friday (8am-4pm)

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, transfers, grooming, and mobility
• Support participants during recreational and therapeutic activities
• Assist with safe transfers (including wheelchair and gait belt use)
• Provide respectful personal care while maintaining participant dignity
• Work closely with nursing and activity staff
• Engage participants socially and emotionally
• Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification
• Experience working with elderly or disabled adults preferred
• Ability to assist with physical transfers and ACTIVITIES
• Comfortable assisting participants of all genders with personal care
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must pass CORI and background check
