Responsibilities

* Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support * Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed * Monitor and document client health status and report changes to supervising staff * Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and care plans * Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean living environment * Offer companionship and emotional support to promote client well-being * Adhere to individualized care plans and follow all home care protocols and procedures

Requirements

* Current CNA certification or PCA training/experience preferred * Prior experience in home care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting is a plus * Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in and around Colquitt, GA * Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach * Ability to follow care plans and work independently with minimal supervision * Must pass a background check and meet all state requirements for home care workers * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
