Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in a locally owned and operated nursing home group serving Western Kentucky. Our focus is on providing respectful, attentive care that supports the dignity, comfort, and well-being of each resident. The CNA plays a key role in assisting residents with daily care needs while maintaining a calm, supportive environment during the shift. Essential Duties* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting * Provide patient care and support in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting * Monitor residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff * Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning * Accurately document care provided in the medical record system * Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents * Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members * Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations Qualifications* Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Kentucky * Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or nursing home preferred (but not required) * Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care * Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts (including nights if applicable) * Strong teamwork and communication skills Benefits* Competitive pay with shift differential (nights/weekends if applicable) * Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance * Paid time off and available benefits package * Stable employment with a locally family-owned organization * Supportive leadership team and consistent scheduling About Us We are a locally family-owned nursing home group committed to serving our community with integrity and compassion.
