Field Support Lead/ Rover (CNA)

BrightStar Care – Northwest Arkansas

In-Person | Full-Time

$17.00 – $20.00 per hour

Guaranteed 40 hours weekly pay

Position Summary

BrightStar Care is seeking a CNA to support our caregiving team and ensure the highest quality of care for our clients. This role primarily provides shift coverage for open or call-off shifts while also supporting field staff through coaching, skills assessments, and collaboration with leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced CNA who want to grow into a leadership and supervisory role while still providing hands-on care.

Responsibilities

Shift Coverage (As Needed)

Provide direct client care when covering open shifts or call-offs. Duties may include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Medication reminders
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Light housekeeping related to client care
• Companionship and emotional support
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Transportation for client appointments or errands when needed

Administrative & Clinical Support

• Assist the Registered Nurse (RN) with designated tasks
• Complete additional assignments or projects assigned by leadership

On-Call Rotation

This position participates in the office on-call rotation approximately once every 30–40 days. On call is payed at $300 per weekend and is in addition to the hourly pay.

Weekend On-Call

Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 8:00 AM

Weeknight On-Call

5:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Responsibilities may include

• Managing caregiver call-offs and shift replacements
• Addressing urgent schedule changes
• Responding to new client inquiries requiring immediate scheduling
• Handling client concerns or complaints
