#### Job Description:

Sikeston Convalescent Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. CNAs provide direct resident care while promoting dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life for every resident.

#### Responsibilities:

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.

Provide assistance with meals, hydration, mobility, and transfers.

Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing staff.

Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

Document care accurately and complete assigned tasks.

Treat residents with dignity, respect, compassion, and kindness.

Work cooperatively with nursing staff and other departments to provide quality resident care.

#### Qualifications:

Dependable, responsible, and compassionate.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to provide safe resident care and follow facility policies and procedures.
