CNA Supervisor - LPN

Are you a dedicated LPN with strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional resident care? Deerfield Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a CNA Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities

* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants during assigned shifts. * Ensure quality resident care is delivered with compassion and professionalism. * Assist with staffing assignments and daily workflow. * Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to CNA team members. * Monitor documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies. * Communicate effectively with nurses, department leaders, residents, and families. * Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

* Current Louisiana License in good standing. * Previous long-term care experience required. * Leadership or supervisory experience preferred. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Dependable, compassionate, and committed to excellence in resident care.
