• Monday: 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Friday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Harlingen, TX

(Near S. 77 Sunshine Strip & Lincoln Ave)

Schedule

* Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide light housekeeping (laundry, linens, dishes, tidying)
• Offer companionship and ensure client safety
• Give medication reminders (no administration)
• Observe and report changes to the care team
• Follow the VA-approved Plan of Care and document services provided

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or HHA certification REQUIRED
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to follow care plans
