Essential Responsibilities

* Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs. * Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention. * Provides intervention as needed to provide a safe clean environment. * Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit. * Assists Licensed Staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment. * Takes and records vital parameters as assigned. Assists with weekly and monthly weights as assigned. * Records information on the electronic health record. * Provides laundry care, housekeeping, and dining needs including assisting with activities. * Performs any other tasks as assigned by the Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.

Qualifications
