Your Responsibilities!

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Providing compassionate, hands-on care that promotes resident comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assisting residents with meals, hydration, and other daily needs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Providing companionship and supporting residents' emotional well-being.
• Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality resident care.
