Responsibilities

* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes * Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands * Accompany clients to appointments, social outings, and community activities * Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or well-being to supervisors * Engage clients in meaningful conversation, hobbies, and recreational activities * Provide respite care support for family caregivers * Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients

Requirements

* Previous caregiving, home health, or companion care experience preferred * Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to pass a background check and drug screening * CPR/First Aid certification is a plus * Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
