Some of the best companion caregivers aren't professional caregivers—they're compassionate, dependable people who genuinely enjoy helping older adults stay connected and engaged.

Both experienced caregivers and compassionate, engaged people without professional caregiving experience are encouraged to apply.

Our mission is to help older adults remain independent through meaningful companionship.

*Community Partner Career Track*

Everyone begins at $19.00/hour.

Our Community Partner Career Track recognizes caregivers who help Fairfield Companion Care grow while providing exceptional service.

To become eligible for a permanent $30.00/hour base wage, Community Partners must successfully complete the program's performance milestones, including introducing an older adult who enrolls in Fairfield Companion Care, maintaining excellent job performance, and meeting long-term client retention requirements.

Complete program details, eligibility requirements, and compensation policies will be reviewed during the interview process.

Hours are always subject to client demand, scheduling needs, and caregiver availability.

What You'll Do

As a Companion Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical companionship, including:
