### Qualifications:

### * A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life * Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of our clients

### Responsibilities:

• Offer companionship and emotional support to our clients
• Assist with daily living activities including eating, walking and other ADLs as needed
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being
• Collaborate with clients’ care team to provide updates and communicate important health changes
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of client care and services provided
