About the Role

As a Companion Caregiver with Upscale Home Care, you will provide non-medical companionship and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity. This may include activities such as:

Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Accompanying clients on outings and engaging in enjoyable activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assisting with medication reminders and scheduling appointments

Responsibilities

Companion Caregivers will work in a variety of settings, including private homes, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities
You will work closely with our team of experienced caregivers to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
Regularly communicate with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care and maintain open lines of communication
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

Requirements

1+ year of experience in a caregiving role (or related field)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work weekends.
Reliable transportation or valid driver's license and vehicle
