Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food handling and preparation, with a focus on delivering high-quality meals that meet our guests' expectations. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in creating delicious dishes while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Part- Time: FRIDAY and SATURDAY.

Duties

• Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook nutritious and appealing meals for residents, adhering to dietary requirements and preferences.
• Ensure that kitchen cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan menus and assess the nutritional needs of residents.
• Assist in ordering and inventory management of kitchen supplies.
• Participate in resident events and meal service as needed.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Culinary skills with experience in various cooking techniques and methods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Experience with menu planning and dietary considerations is a plus.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment, including knives, ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork within the kitchen staff.
• A passion for the food industry and commitment to providing exceptional food service.
