What You'll Do In This Role

Looking for a CNA position with no weekends? Make every day meaningful as a CNA at LifeCircles PACE, where you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on care to participants aged 55 and older in a welcoming adult day setting. Through person-centered support, you’ll help older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while building meaningful connections along the way. Working closely with the interdisciplinary team, you’ll play an important role in delivering holistic, high-quality care that promotes safety, comfort, and well-being for every participant we serve.### Key Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care– Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting while following the participant's Life Plan.
• Support Mealtime– Help participants enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
• Keep Things Moving – Support mobility, including turning, positioning, and safe transfers.
• Perform Vital Checks – Measure and record vital signs, weight, and intake/output.
• Provide Responsive Support – Respond with kindness and compassion.
• Monitor with Watchful Eyes – Report any changes in conditions to the interdisciplinary team (IDT) and leadership ASAP.
• Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism – Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.
