Minimum Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience *(agency, facility, or private care)*. Experience with senior, personal, or dementia care is a Needed/Plus!
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Skills: Strong communication, great organizational skills, and the ability to strictly follow a Plan of Care.
• Availability: Must be easily reachable by phone/email for scheduling updates or emergencies.
