Job Summary

Zeppone Caring Hands is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in daily living activities, community involvement, and personal growth. Our DSPs help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity while providing quality care and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support daily routines and independent living skills
• Accompany individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily notes
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
