Our facility is a family owned 40 bed assisted living facility located on the northside of Spokane. We strive to provide excellent care in a more homelike setting. We believe in a team approach to providing care, we lead best by serving. We love teaching skills to those new to the field and seeing them move up in their career.

We know that being a caregiver isn't for the faint of heart! We are looking for reliable and caring individuals to join our team. Experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer a cohesive team atmosphere, stocked break room, employer provided meals, monthly and quarterly employee appreciation events, simple IRA account with 3% employer match after 90 days, PTO accrual, discounted membership to the YMCA, medical, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days of employment- 70% of monthly premiums for the employee are paid by the employer and opportunities for additional education are available.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to

• Maintaining dependable and reliable attendance for all scheduled shifts
• Monitoring and promoting the general safety and well-being of residents
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including oral care, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, brief changes, and showering
• Providing companionship and emotional support to residents
• Completing accurate and timely documentation as required
• Performing additional tasks and duties as time allows
