### Key Responsibilities

#### Leadership & Operations

• Provide effective leadership to the assisted living team, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality care, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance team competency and engagement.

#### Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• *Maintain a current and unrestricted Assisted Living Director (LALD) license with BELTSS.*
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing assisted living facilities.
