What You'll Do

Lead the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring alignment with Iris standards and expectations. Set clear expectations for department leaders and hold the team accountable for performance outcomes. Lead through visibility — actively engage with residents, families, and team members every day. Build and reinforce a culture that reflects Iris values, mission, and commitment to excellence. Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and services in compliance with all applicable regulations. Partner with the Wellness Director to ensure clinical and service excellence, and promote resident dignity, engagement, and satisfaction. Respond to and resolve resident and family concerns with urgency and professionalism. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain high-performing team members and department leaders. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management with clear expectations and follow-up. Manage community financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and NOI, while operating within approved budgets. Partner with Sales & Marketing to achieve occupancy goals, support lead conversion, and maintain a strong local market presence.
