What You'll Do

Provide compassionate, high-quality personal care while promoting comfort, dignity, independence, and safety. Assist with daily living activities, companionship, behavioral support, safety monitoring, and memory-care support as needed.

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of CNA experience preferred

- Experience with redirection, behavioral support, and safety monitoring

- Dependable, calm, and professional under pressure

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Respect for client privacy and maintaining professionalism in the home

- Reliable transportation
