Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to clients in their homes, to include: personal care, meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship.
• Electronically document care provided and report any changes in client conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with our caregiving team to ensure the highest standard of care.

Qualifications

• New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help others in need.
