Flawless Family Home Care is seeking an experienced, dependable caregiver to join our team for an overnight position in the Chenoa area.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while providing compassionate, high-quality care and ensuring client safety throughout the night.

Schedule

• Overnight Shift
• 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Additional hours may be available

Starting Pay

• $17.00–$18.00/hour
• +$1.00/hour Overnight Differential (10:00 PM–7:00 AM)

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance
• Toileting assistance
• Non-skilled catheter care
• Safe transfers using a gait belt
• Fall prevention
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Meal and snack preparation
• Companionship
• Documentation in AxisCare
• Report changes in client condition to the office

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required
• Comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers
• Experience using gait belts preferred
• Experience providing non-skilled catheter care preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Ability to work independently
