About the Role

As an Experienced Home Health Caregiver with Modani Care, you will have the opportunity to work with bed-bound patients, providing one-on-one care and support to help them maintain their independence and dignity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Providing medical care and support to patients, including wound care and medication management
• Maintaining accurate records of patient care and communicating with healthcare professionals
• Building strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure quality care and support

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care or a related field
• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
