18 years of age Speak English and be able to converse on a variety of topics Willing to take a background check and drug screen Passionate about providing care for elders Compassionate, honest, reliable, confident and highly sociable Confident in your ability to engage the Client in activities and conversation Be able to cook Eligibility to work in the United States Your own reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Proof of insurance
