Angel Oak LLC is growing our network of compassionate Direct Support Professionals throughout Utah. We support individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities, helping them build independence, enjoy meaningful activities, and live life with dignity and choice.

What you'll do

• Provide individualized support in a person's home and community.
• Assist with daily routines, meals, personal care, household tasks, and activities as needed.
• Encourage independence, skill development, and community involvement.
• Follow support plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Build positive, respectful relationships with the people you support.

What we're looking for

• Dependable, patient, and compassionate individuals.
• People who communicate well and take responsibility seriously.
• Candidates willing to complete required screening and training.
• Reliable transportation when required for the assignment.
• Caregiving experience is welcome, but we are willing to consider the right person who is eager to learn.

Flexible opportunities

We are building a statewide network to connect qualified people with opportunities closer to where they live. Depending on the assignment, schedules may include part-time, full-time, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.

Location

Weber County

*Assignments depend on service needs, qualifications, and successful completion of applicable hiring and training requirements.*

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience

• Home health: 1 year (Required)
• CNA: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certification (Preferred)
