WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining their dignity, comfort, and independence.
• Provide compassionate personal care and respond promptly to residents' needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Follow care plans, facility policies, and established safety procedures.
• Complete required documentation, observations, and resident checks.
• Communicate concerns, changes in condition, and incidents to management promptly.
• Protect residents' privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Work as a team to ensure residents receive consistent, quality care.

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and the right attitude matter.
