As a Flexible Weekend Caregiver, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily living tasks: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
• Following individualized care plans and monitoring client health
• Providing medication reminders and support
• Offering companionship and emotional encouragement
• Ensuring safety through mobility assistance and proper transfers
• Assisting with meal prep and nutritional support
• Documenting care accurately and reporting changes to the office
• Collaborating with families, healthcare teams, and staff

Requirements

• Prior experience as a caregiver or PCA preferred
• Dementia and long-term care experience a plus
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Physically able to assist with hands-on care and mobility
• Reliable, compassionate, and communicative
